Terms and Conditions – cty999 Pakistan Gaming Platform Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing cty999 — whether through our website at cty999.biz or any associated mobile interface — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. This agreement applies from the moment you register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any game or promotion offered on the cty999 platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply alongside cty999's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference. In the event of any conflict between this document and any promotional materials, these Terms take precedence.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately, all associated winnings forfeited, and deposits returned less any administrative costs.

Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. cty999 uses technical and identity verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are identified, cty999 reserves the right to merge, suspend or permanently close all associated accounts and void any winnings earned through them.

2.3 Accurate Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate, current and complete. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number and payment details. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure. cty999 uses the information you provide to process payments and comply with verification requirements — inaccurate details can delay or prevent withdrawals.

2.4 Geographic Eligibility

cty999 is operated for and directed at users in Pakistan. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing cty999 is compliant with the laws applicable to you in your specific location. cty999 makes no representation that its services are appropriate or legally available in jurisdictions outside Pakistan.

2.5 Verification Process

cty999 may at any point request that you complete identity verification (KYC). This typically involves providing a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or equivalent valid government-issued ID. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in the suspension of deposit, withdrawal and betting functionality until verification is successfully completed.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your cty999 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. cty999 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify the cty999 support team immediately at support@cty999.biz. cty999 will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation.

cty999 recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts, available through the account settings panel. While 2FA is optional, it significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit on cty999 is Rs 500. Deposits can be made via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT or Visa/Mastercard. All deposits are credited to your cty999 balance in Pakistani Rupees. cty999 does not charge a fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

cty999 only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may be reversed. Depositing funds for purposes other than personal gaming is prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. cty999 targets the following processing times: Easypaisa/JazzCash within 30 minutes; bank IBFT within 2 hours during business hours; Visa/Mastercard within 3–5 business days.

Withdrawals of amounts above Rs 50,000 may be subject to additional identity verification before processing. cty999 reserves the right to request documentation for any withdrawal it deems necessary for security or compliance reasons.

Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable. Only cash balance derived from completed wagering requirements can be withdrawn. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on cty999 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). cty999 does not operate in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion is the responsibility of the player's payment provider and any associated costs are not borne by cty999.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New cty999 players are eligible for a 100% deposit match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of Rs 50,000. To claim this bonus, you must opt in during the deposit process. The bonus will appear as a separate bonus balance in your account alongside your cash balance.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds on cty999 are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any portion of the bonus balance can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, if you receive a Rs 5,000 bonus, you must wager a total of Rs 150,000 before that bonus converts to cash. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited, after which any unconverted bonus funds will expire.

5.3 Game Contributions

Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements on cty999. Slots generally contribute 100%. Live casino games, Ludo and Aviator contribute at reduced rates as specified in the individual promotion details. Bets placed on games with 0% contribution do not progress wagering requirements.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

cty999 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing hedging bets that exploit bonus mechanics, or using any other strategy that circumvents the spirit of the promotional terms.

5.5 Other Promotions

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on cty999 operate using independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This ensures that game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be influenced by cty999, its staff or any player. RNG certificates are available on request from our support team.

By playing on cty999 you agree to abide by the specific rules of each game as published within the game interface. cty999 is not responsible for player errors made due to unfamiliarity with game rules. We recommend all players review the rules section before placing real-money bets.

In the event of a technical fault or system error during a game, cty999 reserves the right to void the affected round. Affected bets will be returned to the player's balance in full. cty999 will not honour winnings arising from obvious errors, software malfunctions or display glitches.

6.1 Aviator and Crash Games

Aviator and similar crash-format games on cty999 use a provably fair algorithm. The multiplier at which each round ends is determined prior to the round commencing and cannot be altered once a round has started. Players are responsible for deciding when to cash out — cty999 cannot process late cash-out requests.

6.2 Ludo Games

Ludo game outcomes on cty999 depend on dice rolls generated by the certified RNG system. The platform cannot influence dice values. In real-money Ludo matches, disconnection policies apply as described in the Ludo game rules panel — players who disconnect and fail to reconnect within the grace period will forfeit the match.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on cty999 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 18 years of age
• Creating more than one account on cty999 for any purpose
• Using software, bots, scripts or automated tools to interact with cty999 games or the website
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud or any other financial crime through the cty999 platform
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, exploit or disrupt any cty999 system or game
• Using stolen or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account
• Making chargebacks on legitimate deposits without notifying cty999 first
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification
• Accessing cty999 on behalf of another person without their explicit knowledge and consent

12. Account Closure and Termination

12.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your cty999 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing, any remaining cash balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days. Accounts closed voluntarily can be reopened by submitting a written request, subject to cty999's approval.

12.2 Closure by cty999

cty999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where it determines that a player has breached these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where account closure is required for compliance, legal or regulatory reasons. In cases of breach, cty999 may withhold the balance pending investigation. Where fraud is confirmed, winnings generated through fraudulent activity will be forfeited.

12.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login or transaction for a period of 12 consecutive months. cty999 will notify the account holder via their registered email before applying any dormancy policy. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administration fee of Rs 200 until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

13. Amendments to These Terms

cty999 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in law, platform features, payment methods or operational requirements. When material changes are made, cty999 will notify registered players via email to their registered address at least 14 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Minor clarifications or corrections may be made without prior notice. The version date at the top of this document always reflects the date of the most recent update. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms for any changes.

If you disagree with any updated terms, your only recourse is to stop using cty999 and close your account as described in Section 12.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which cty999 is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising from your use of cty999 should in the first instance be raised with our customer support team at support@cty999.biz, who will attempt to resolve the matter informally within 14 days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts for binding resolution. cty999 is committed to fair and transparent dispute handling and will provide full transaction records and game logs to support any legitimate complaint.

Game result disputes must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant game session. cty999 cannot investigate complaints relating to game outcomes beyond this period as log data may no longer be retained at the required granularity.
